Just select at least 2 products from our Create Your Own 'ingredients' and we'll package them up in one of our kraft gift boxes tied up with one of our lovely cotton ribbons. To finish off we'll hand write your gift message on one of our postcards.

Box, message and packaging charge is £4 per box. The box chosen will be the one that we think best fits the gift.

This delicious chocolate bar is made with cocoa beans from Kerta Semaya Samaniya Cooperative, Jembrana, West Bali - a progressive network of small farms that is built on the pillars of responsible agricultural practices and gender equality. Their outstanding cacao is delightfully rich, with notes of brown sugar, prune and hazelnut. One of the key focuses of KSS's strategy is to provide a steady income for the women of the area. Historically, women were often limited to helpers despite doing most of the work on the farm. The introduction of female-led trainings on good agricultural practices and post-harvesting processing has helped increase their self confidence as well the ability to train other female farmers across the farmer groups. Further, women can now join the cooperative, which allows them to sell their cacao directly to KSS and therefore gain full transparency of the income generated.

Pump Street Chocolate is clear about the importance of supporting the cocoa farmers it works with. By sourcing the best beans grown with minimal intervention, and through a transparent, ethical, and sustainable supply chain and direct trade, it is able to pay prices far greater than fair trade direct to its growers. Farmers are able to take home a fair wage and give the same to their team members, and to maintain their land and trees in environmentally responsible ways.
